KAY/KAY OUTLET
During my time at Signet Jewelers, I worked on the KAY and KAY Outlet teams. My responsibilities included crafting compelling social posts, designing web display ads, conceptualizing paid social advertisements, and orchestrating impactful email campaigns. In this role, I collaborated with a multitude of teams to produce the final results of each project.
My time at Signet granted me the opportunity to learn more about how to combine B2C strategies with my creativity while adhering to brand guidelines.
Notably, I took charge of the design aspects for Kay Outlet's emails and advertisements from February 2023 to July 2023. By May 2023, this effort produced to a 67% increase in revenue compared to the previous year. The average order value (AOV) also jumped by 26%, and we saw a solid 0.33% increase in conversions.
